HOW DO I PLACE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

We're sorry you didn't love your MonkeKong

Firstly to be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused
  • In the original package
  • In the same condition that you received it

HELP! I CAN'T FIND MY RETURN SLIP

Don’t worry — MonkeKong™ packages don’t include return slips. Just reach out to contact@monkekong.com and we’ll help you place your return or exchange.

RETURN PROCESS

The return request must be submitted 30 days from the order date
Once approved, you will receive an email with the label within 1 business day
Simply attach the label and drop off your package at the USPS location
Refund with label fee deduction will be processed within 1 to 3 days of receipt of your package, and you will be notified via email once the refund has been issued

1. Please contact contact@monkekong.com and provide the order number.

2. If the product has not been shipped, you will receive a refund after review by customer service. If the product has been shipped, sorry, no refund is available for the time being. If the product has been received, please provide the product picture to contact@monkekong.com, if the product respect those Conditions :

  • Unused
  • In the original package
  • In the same condition that you received it

customer service will provide the corresponding delivery address.

3. MonkeKong™ customer service will process the order within 1-3 working days after receiving the goods, after confirming that there is no problem. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?

Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG PRODUCT?

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at contact@monkekong.com and we’ll be sure to get you the MonkeKong you ordered!

Please note! If you have received a faulty product, it is important that you send an e-mail to contact@monkekong.com before returning your order.

We will then be able to help you with the returns procedure and find an appropriate solution.

RETURN COST

Return label fee will be deducted accordingly from your refund
A return label will be charged at USPS weighted rate

SHIPPING COSTS

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

NOTE: If your order has not been purchased via monkekong.com, the return policy applied to the shop where you did purchase the product.
